DPS Mohali recently hosted a “Family Fest – Strengthening Ties,” bringing together families to celebrate students’ talents and community spirit. The event was designed to foster a sense of unity and togetherness among students, parents, and staff.
The highlight of the event was a play adaptation of Mulk Raj Anand’s “The Lost Child,” performed as a role play by the students. Their heartfelt and poignant performance captivated the audience, bringing the story’s emotional depth to life and leaving a lasting impression on everyone present.
In addition to the play, students showcased their diverse skills through poem recitations, dance, and musical performances, all emphasizing the importance of family and unity. The variety of performances demonstrated the students’ creativity and hard work, making the event a vibrant and joyous occasion.
Mrs. Reema Dewan, the Deputy Director of the school, praised the event, stating, “We are proud of our students’ talents and the sense of community this fest fosters. It’s wonderful to see families come together and share in the joy of our students’ achievements.”
